Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to face divorce rumors after leaving the royal family. Queen Elizabeth II, allegedly, begged her grandson to leave his wife.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will be celebrating their second wedding anniversary on Tuesday. However, they are still plagued with various rumors this time involving the Queen, herself.

Meghan Marke and Prince Harry divorce

Queen allegedly begged Prince Harry to divorce Meghan Markle and save the royal family, according to National Enquirer.

“She told Harry dumping his American bride was the only way to save the royal family – and himself,” an unnamed source claimed.

“Meghan ripping her husband away from his family is unforgivable in Elizabeth’s mind. But the last straw was Meghan refusing to bring baby Archie to London for their final days as working royals.”

Her Majesty is allegedly sad that she and Prince Philip couldn’t see Archie as often as they want. Prince Harry and Markle have decided to move to the U.S. in April.

Furthermore, the so-called insider claims that Markle is “using Harry for his royal connections to become the queen of Hollywood and will move on without him.”

The insider added that the monarch is devastated to see her family at war and blamed the Duchess of Sussex.

Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry were very close before Markle joined the picture. In fact, they were dubbed the royal trio.

However, the two princes reportedly had a falling out due to Markle. Prince Harry was livid when his older brother advised him to slow down with his romance with the former Suits star.

Queen’s request debunked

However, one should take the report with a grain of salt for two reasons.

First, the Queen approved Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s marriage.

Under the terms of the Succession to the Crown Act 2013, the first six persons in the line of succession require the Sovereign’s consent in order to marry. Prince Harry was fifth in line when he got engaged to Meghan Markle.

Second, the Queen has been supportive of the couple.

When Prince Harry and Markle announced that they were stepping back as senior members of the royal family, the Queen chose to understand and support them.

Twitter predicts Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s divorce

However, many still doubt Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s marriage. Several online users on Twitter believe that the duchess will leave her husband broke and heartbroken in time.

Many even gave their marriage up to 3 years before the divorce.

“She is SO gonna divorce him,” Basil Dabbah wrote.
