Meghan Markle sees Prince William’s coronation more beneficial

Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle seems like she found more hope in Prince William than in Prince Harry. Royal experts also believed that the duchess would have a more different royal life with Prince William as King.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle currently live in the US following their decision to give up their senior royal positions.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also bought a house in Santa Barbara, where they settled down with their son, Archie.

“They have settled into the quiet privacy of their community since their arrival,” a spokesperson of the couple said. “They hope that this will be respected for their neighbors, as well as for them as a family.”

The Sussexes made it clear that they want to be financially independent from the royal family. However, some royal experts believe that it would have been different if Prince William already rules the monarchy.

What could have happened to Meghan

According to reports compiled by Express UK, her life would have changed if she stayed as a senior royal until Prince William’s coronation.

In 2018, a royal expert disclosed that Meghan was set to receive more responsibilities. Former royal butler Grant Harrold added that her role would be clearer with Prince William as the monarch.

“The Duchess of Sussex will have an important role to develop, as one day she will be sister-in-law to the King,” Harrold said. “She will take on duties on behalf of the monarch as we see the royals do today for the Queen.”

However, instead of becoming a royal, she became a celebrity philanthropist instead.

Meghan caused Megxit?

Until now, the definite reason behind Megxit remains unknown. However, in the past few months, Meghan has been taking all the blames.

Royal author Lady Colin Campbell lashed out at Prince Harry and Meghan during her interview with FUBAR Radio’s Access All Areas.

She also claimed that the duchess was the reason why they quit from their senior royals position. Campbell further detailed that Meghan pushed for the relocation to Los Angeles for her own good.

“I have no doubt that they tell themselves they’re doing the right thing, but we also need to remember that history is littered with people who thought they were doing good,” she went on.

Statements like this truly definitely caused the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to leave their posts instead. It explains why they chose to live far from the royal family instead.
