It’s now confirmed that Spider-Man 3 would retain Michael Giacchino as the music composer. It was revealed on a podcast recently.
According to Comicbook, Giacchino himself revealed on its recent podcast that he is making a comeback. And that he will compose the theme of Spider-Man 3.
He’s been a key contributor in making Tom Holland the beloved new iteration of Spider-Man. When Homecoming was released in 2017, the iconic theme of the wall-crawler made a return.
The score received huge praise, and it continued to amaze Peter Parker fans in Far From Home as well, in 2019.
“Spider-Man 3” cast and release details
Speaking of the Phase four MCU movie, it’s got many things going on right now. Actor Tom Holland recently shared a video of himself reading the script of the third Spider-Man film.
But he didn’t spoil anything, thankfully, this time. He joked about it and then ended the clip.
There are some absolutely new faces added to the anticipated project. Doctor Strange, aka Benedict Cumberbatch, will be seen in the third Spidey installment. Stephen Strange already had an encounter with Peter in Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame.
The big surprise, though, came in Jamie Foxx, who will portray supervillain Electro. And interestingly, it’s the same character from 2014’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
It’s almost officially leaked now that the film will introduce the big concept of Marvel’s multiverse. And we will see not just Tom Holland, but Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire as well.
Yes, they both will reprise the roles of their own versions of Spider-Man from past movies.
Other returning actors on the project are Zendaya as MJ, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, and Jacob Batalon as Ned. The shoot of the movie will take place in the locations of Atlanta. As of now, it’s scheduled to come out next year in December.
Upcoming MCU projects in Phase four
Phase four will see the big bang of many surprises from Marvel Studios. However, due to COVID-19, it’s not become a reality yet. Movies like Black Widow and Eternals were initially scheduled to arrive this year. But that didn’t happen because of the pandemic.
The latest line-up under the phase of the MCU includes many films and highly awaited TV shows.
On the movie side, there’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Thor: Love and Thunder, Spider-Man 3. Other titles are Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Captain Marvel 2, and Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3.
TV Shows also pack a big roaster like WandaVision, Loki, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, and Ms. Marvel.
