The Moto E7 Plus is finally available globally. This budget device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 and has a huge 5,000mAh battery.
Motorola continues to dominate the entry-level market with a lot of budget-oriented options. The Moto E7 Plus is the latest addition to its lineup giving users great value for around US$175.
One strong point of budget devices such as this is its battery life. The large battery size plus the HD+ screen gives it a lot of screen on time compared to full HD+ devices.
The lower resolution means that it does not need much power. In the end, the battery life gets longer. For moderate smartphone users, it can easily last a day or two.

Are the specs competitive?
Besides the battery, one part that is more than enough for this build is its processor. It is rocking a Snapdragon 460 that is great for lightweight tasks such as social media browsing.
However, the RAM is limited to 4GB. Users will often find themselves clearing out used apps to speed up the device.
In terms of camera, this device has two sensors on the back and one selfie camera. Despite that, only the 48-megapixel wide camera will be usable as the other one is just a depth sensor. Selfies will be taken care of by the 8-megapixel shooter.
One thing that is great about Motorola devices is its clean Android experience. It is not stock Android, but there are great additions such as Moto gestures that give a pleasant user experience.
The Moto E7 Plus is on a tough spot today. The $175 price tag is high for a Snapdragon 460 device. There are a lot of options available from Redmi and Realme that slightly better specs.
