Fans have to wait for two weeks more before they finally see what will happen next in My Hero Academia Chapter 297. However, when it returns, the wait will definitely be worth it.
According to BlockToro, the new chapter will mostly focus on Ochaco Uraraka. There are theories Uraraka is Himiko Toga in disguise.
Allegedly, she is trying to hide her real identity in Uraraka’s personality, given the same powers that they have.
Also, to recall, Toga has already faked herself as Uraraka before to get closer to Deku. However, fans should only take this assumption with a grain of salt.
Rumors have it there are stricter policies about leaks and spoilers, and there may be no disclosures from now on.
So, the only chance that fans will get to know what will happen next in My Hero Academia Chapter 297 is upon its official release.
The predictions and assumptions fans are seeing here are based on the events in My Hero Academia Chapter 296.
My Hero Academia Chapter 296 featured the aftermath of the epic war between the Pro Heroes and the League of Villains.
The previous chapter also marked the end of the Paranormal Liberation War arc, per Game n Guide. This only means that fans are about to see a new arc, beginning in My Hero Academia Chapter 297.
In Chapter 296, fans saw the destruction the war brought. It also revealed many Pro Heroes’ demise, while a lot of Shigaraki’s companions had managed to escape.
As the previous chapter ended, it gave a glimpse of All For One, teasing his imminent return. This gave birth to theories that the Sensei would escape from the prison.
There are also assumptions All For One is controlling Shigaraki, using his body as a decoy. By the looks of it, the villain is now preparing for his inevitable return that may happen in My Hero Academia Chapter 297.
As the manga is on a break, My Hero Academia Chapter 297 will not be out until Sunday, Jan. 17. It will probably come around midnight in Japan, so its English translation will later drop in other parts of the world.
The international audience will get to see it at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m. Central Time, noon Eastern Time, and 5 p.m. British Time.
