My Hero Academia will be celebrating the release of its new movie, My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission, with a special worldwide fan event.
My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission will be the third film from the franchise, set to release in August in Japan. And though it does not have any international release date yet, the franchise will be celebrating its coming worldwide.
A Special Event Streaming
According to Comicbook, there will be a special streaming event happening around the world on July 19.
Titled World Fan Meeting, it can be seen on Toho’s official YouTube channel at 6:30 p.m. Japan Standard Time.
It will feature some of the cast members, like Daiki Yamashita (Deku’s voice), Nobuhiko Okamoto (Bakugo) and Yuki Kaji (Todoroki).
Fans will only see Kazuya Nakai (Flect Turn), Megumi Hayashibara (Pino) and Ryo Yoshizawa (Rody Soul).
“’#MyHeroAcademia The Movie 3’ World Fan Meeting to be held on July 19!” the announcement reads.
“The event will be broadcasted on YouTube and we make a special video for it, featuring messages from you! Send us your ‘PLUS ULTRA’ short video message with,” it continues.
Fans who live outside Japan will also get to see the simultaneous interpretations of the streaming event.
In addition, fans can send in their special video message for a special “Plus Ultra” commemorative message for My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission.

New Movie Update
Meanwhile, the official website of My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission revealed a new cast joining the movie.
Hayashibara will join the film as Pino, Rody’s most trusted partner. The manga’s original creator Kohei Horikoshi himself designs the said character.
The film will introduce a new mysterious organization, which mission is to destruct the people with Quirks, Anime News Network noted.
They have been issuing threats and set bombs all over the world to threaten these gifted people.
Hence, the Pro Heroes and Hero Internships will find a way to find these bombs.
Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki will then meet Rody, the young boy who is living in a mobile home.
He is in their designated area of Oseon and will end up working with them.
Horikoshi will also serve as the film’s chief supervisor and original character designer.
The first few fans who will watch the film in theaters will get a free Vol. World Heroes bonus manga volume, which is only limited to 1 million copies.
My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission will be out on Aug. 6.
