NBA bubble update: Players enjoying the best they can inside Disney World

The NBA bubble is presently the most ideal place to be in because of the extent of health safety protocols put in place.

It would be safe to say that no one wanted the pandemic to happen. All major sports leagues around the world had to halt their games to prevent further infections. The NBA was one of those that had to stop, but unlike any other leagues, it adapted to the situation. As such, it set up a magical place in Orlando where it could continue its season.

The so-called NBA bubble could be the best place to be in right now. Not only are the players ensured their health safety, but they are also in the happiest place on earth. The NBA didn’t just focus on health protocols. It made sure that it worked together with Disney to provide the players the best time.

NBA bubble exclusive Disney access

Disney group is one of the world’s best providers of entertainment, whether it be in amusement parks or video contents. They’ve included in their portfolio a wide asset that includes LucasFilms and Marvel Studios. According to earlier reports, all NBA players inside the bubble will be able to see an exclusive early screening of ‘Black Widow.’

Also, all NBA players will be able to enjoy amusement attractions inside Disney World. Some of these include Expedition Everest at the Animal Kingdom, Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios, and Test Track at Epcot. If not for the NBA bubble, these attractions would normally require queueing for hours being a Disney World goer can enjoy.

Side attractions for day-to-day living

The NBA also didn’t scrimp on side attractions during downtimes inside the NBA bubble. It has golf courses, bowling alleys, arcade rooms, and sports facilities for the players to enjoy.

All these entertainments require prior reservations for the players to enjoy. The experience will be like a resort type of living where each NBA team has a liaison that takes care of these reservations for them. The simple reason for the reservation is that the NBA doesn’t want overcrowding in any of these attractions.

The golf courses are the best attractions for the players so far. Goran Dragic, who doesn’t even play golf, said that he might as well try playing golf inside the bubble. Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers said,

“We’re trying to just live our life. Have our best Disney life.”
