Ong Seong Wu fires up with rival Kim Dong Jun in ‘More Than Friends’

The new romance K-drama of jTBC, More Than Friends, has released new stills of the heart-pounding confrontations of Ong Seong Wu and ZE:A’s Kim Dong Jun!

More Than friends follows two close friends who fall in one-sided love with each other for over ten years.

The drama series stars actress Shin Ye Eun as Kyung Woo Yeon, who plays as a calligrapher. After a decade of being broken-hearted, he finally gives up on her one-sided love for her guy friend.

Also, taking the lead is Ong Seong Wu, playing as a photographer named Lee Soo. He is Kyung Woo Yeon’s longtime object of affection.

Falling for the former lover

Lee Soo and Kyung Woo Yeon in the previous episode of the drama were reunited as business partners.

Kyung Woo Yeon drew a firm line towards Lee Soo after vowing not to fall in love with him again. However, the atmosphere changed as Lee Soo started to see her former lover in a new light. Jun Soo’s appearance further ignited his hidden feelings for her.

The growing tension between the two admirers

Lee Soo and On Jun Soo’s intense confrontation has been unveiled in the drama’s new stills. After learning that Kyung Woo Yeon was sick, the two races over to visit her house.

The two are extremely displeased to see each other. Lee Soo is bursting with disapproval in his eyes, and On Jun Soo, with unrelenting determination, stares him down.

According to the production team, this week’s fifth and sixth episodes episode will reveal the fiery Lee Soo. He continuously ends up with intense confrontations with the determined On Jun Soo.

The heat between the two admirers emerged after Lee Soo realizes his feelings for Kang Woo Yeon. And bringing changes to the love triangle is Lee Soo’s brand new side.

“Tune in to watch out how Kang Woo Yeon will respond to the changed Lee Soo,” said the production team.

The new hit Korean drama More Than Friends airs every Friday and Saturday at 11 P.M. KST on the jTBC channel.
