The free weekend for Rainbow Six Siege players has begun now with the latest Crystal Guard, the third season in the game’s sixth year.
The free weekend offers a Crystal Guard update, having a new Operator named Osa in Rainbow Six Siege.

Along with the brand new Operator, Osa, there is also a lot of rework done to Coastline, Bank, and Clubhouse. And yes, a fully free weekend, of course!
However, the main attraction is definitely the character of Osa. She brings many defensive perks to the side of the Attackers.
With her transparent Talen-8 shield, she protects anyone behind it. Plus, it also gives a clear view of the opponents, attacking from the other side.
In terms of weapons, she carries either a 556xi or PDW9 when going into the fight. A PMM acts as the secondary option.
The game also sees multiple adjustments to Finka, Sledge, Glaz, Iana, Twitch, IQ, Mute, Fuze, and many more.
According to Ubisoft, here are the additional updates coming with Crystal Guard. They include:
- Elite Personalization
- Armor gets replaced with HP
- Updates for Sledge, Glaz, Iana, Finka, IQ, Twitch, and Fuze
- Decreased prices for operators such as Clash, Maverick, Amaru, Goyo, and Zero
- The seasonal weapon skin
As for the Battle Pass, the newest one has 100 tiers and 133 rewards. They will remain available until November 12.
Players can access Rainbow Six Siege for free on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC from September 9 to 12. The title will see a discount of up to 80 percent.
