The TENAA listing of the OPPO A92s also includes images which reveal the sides of the device, alongside its front panel.
As if on cue, the OPPO A92s has now arrived on TENAA ahead of its launch. As it is, its debut on the site brings about a certification that also bears a listing that reveals the phone’s essential design, headlined by an unusual rear camera aesthetics.
An Unusual Rear Camera Design
The TENAA listing of the OPPO A92s, which includes images, showed the device’s actual rear panel. From the get-go, the phone is seen sporting a familiar yet unique back camera module, one that comprises four shooters and an LED flash. Additionally, an emerging design is apparent, a rendition that we haven’t seen before in any smartphone.
Talking about cameras, the OPPO A92s could launch with a traditional combination of 48MP primary shooter + 8MP ultrawide angle lens + 2MP macro shooter + 2MP depth sensor. The phone’s pill-shaped cutout on display, on the other hand, will house a primary 16MP camera and a 2MP auxiliary shooter.
Apart from the design of the phone’s rear camera module, its listing on TENAA also showed the sides of the handset. The images revealed that the phone’s power button, which doubles as its fingerprint reader, sits on the right, while the volume rocker is placed on the left side.
Under The Hood
For its internals, the OPPO A92s is seen toting around a 2GHz CPU frequency, which could very well be a part of the MediaTek Dimensity 800 chipset. The SoC features eight cores, four of which are Cortex-A76, while the other four are Cortex-A55.
The OPPO A92s is also expected to sport flexible 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM options and could offer 128GB/256GB of internal storage tiers.
The OPPO A92s is also likely to work on a 4,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
Other Crucial Features
In terms of display, the OPPO A92s could debut with 6.57-inch IPS LCD display with a 1080p resolution and a cutout that would house its dual front-facing camera setup.
Meanwhile, a previous poster alleged that the OPPO A92s could come with a 120Hz display. But as this is still unconfirmed yet, take this with a grain of salt.
The OPPO A92s is also tipped to feature Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone is also expected to launch with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Other connectivity options of the phone include Wi-Fi, LTE, VoLTE, and GPS. The device could even launch with support for 5G connectivity.
