One More Level will bring its 2020 hit title, the original Ghostrunner, to PS5 and Xbox Series X this fall before its sequel’s release.
The cyberpunk-style game, Ghostrunner, will receive upgraded versions for the present-gen consoles later this year.
‘Ghostrunner’ for PS5 and Xbox Series X: What to expect?
The ninja-action title will look more impressive this time, and fans can experience enhanced gameplay on the latest consoles.
The PS5 and Xbox Series X ports will bring lots of improvements, as per developer 505 Games’ recent announcement.
The overall performance will get a boost as well in the original Ghostrunner, along with new features.
The Xbox Series X variant will receive post-processing HDR, a ray-tracing fidelity mode, and 3D audio in terms of graphics. And the PS5 variant will also get new haptic feedback on the DualSense controller.
Plus, there will be options for running it in 4K at 120 FPS, with “instant loading.”
Both the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will get all the modes since launching when it comes to gameplay. And yes, the timer-based “Kill Run” will be there as well.
Other additions include an upcoming enemy wave-based mode, accessibility-minded assist mode, and a photo mode. All of them will release this summer.
If you want to have Ghostrunner for PS5 and Xbox Series X, it’s available for $29.99 / €29.99 / £24.99. It’s your choice if you want the physical copy of the digital one.
However, if you already own a PS4 or Xbox One version of the game, the next-gen console ports will be available for free.

New video games in 2021
Meanwhile, there are lots of other titles as well scheduled to arrive in this calendar. And they are going to be huge for all die-hard gamers.
Speaking of some of the most-awaited and potential blockbusters, then there is Halo Infinite and STALKER 2.
Horizon Forbidden West, a new Call of Duty installment, Dying Light 2, Deathloop, and Stray are also anticipated.
The line-up extends further with the likes of Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, and GhostWire: Tokyo.
New World, Humankind, Back 4 Blood, No More Heroes 3, Psychonauts 2, and Scarlet Nexus are other crucial launches.
Several recently announced projects making a debut soon are The Day Before, Glitchpunk, and Etched Memories.
Coming back to Ghostrunner, again, its PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will launch on September 28th.
