While celebrating five years of Uncharted 4, Naughty Dog revealed that over 37 million players had played it since its release so far.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End launched on May 10th, 2016, developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony.
However, the developer didn’t share specific sales figures for the game on its epic anniversary.

Despite sharing the news regarding 37 million players for the title, the developer also didn’t tell how it calculated it.
However, it can assume that they are from PS Plus downloads, rentals, and pre-owned copies.
But it’s an outstanding achievement, for sure, for a game like Uncharted 4. The series has its avid lovers since the first installment’s reveal, more than a decade ago.
Two years ago, Naughty Dog announced that the game had sold nearly 16 million units worldwide.
So it’s likely to believe that the sales figures must have gone beyond 20 million copies by now.
Furthermore, Uncharted 4 may witness a surge in its sales, again, when its movie adaptation arrives in February 2022.
Speaking of the gameplay, even five years later, then it’s still brilliant.
But some players are hoping for a future update so that they can run it at 60 frames per second.

Meanwhile, there are many fresh releases scheduled to arrive in the coming months of this year.
But that’s not it!
The colossal line-up extends further with the likes of Death loop, Dying Light 2, New World, Humankind, and Stray.
Cyber Shadow, Shadow Warrior 3, No More Heroes 3, Biomutant, and Kena: Bridge of Spirits are other crucial launches.
Several recently announced projects making a debut soon are The Day Before, Glitchpunk, and Etched Memories. The latter will be an exciting title for several players because it will feature a Cat as the main protagonist, named Biscuit.
