PENTAGON’s Hui postpones enlistment for his mandatory military service.
Cube Entertainment officially announced that it postponed the enlistment of Hui. With the increasing cases of COVID-19 in the K-pop industry, Hui took part in a music show on November 28.
PENTAGON’s Hui enlistment postponed
Unfortunately, a positive case of COVID-19 is found among the cast and is currently under self-quarantine. Due to the circumstances, Cube Entertainment will postpone Hui’s enlistment.
Recently, PENTAGON underwent COVID-19 testing after one of its members, Yeo One, crossed paths with a confirmed COVID-19 case. Yeo One tested negative on November 28 and was announced on December 2.

PENTAGON and BTOB 4U tested negative
Cube Entertainment shared that BTOB 4U and PENTAGON members tested negative for COVID-19. Regarding BTOB 4U, they said that a cast member who performed on a music show last November 28 and 29 is confirmed with COVID-19.
The group appeared on the same show and has contact with the production staff on November 30.
The members and some related staff voluntarily got tested and received a negative result. BTOB 4U will be resuming the scheduled activities starting December 2.
As per PENTAGON, the members were also tested and received a negative result to prevent unexpected circumstances. However, they will undergo self-quarantine for the time being.
Online concert postponed to a later date
The online concert of PENTAGON WE L:VE was initially scheduled to occur on November 29 and was postponed to a later date. Hui also took part in a recording for Music Core on November 28 episode.
The day’s performer lineup includes UP10TION, whose members Bitto and Kogyeol also tested positive for COVID-19. Moreover, on December 2, Cube Entertainment released a statement regarding Hui’s enlistment.
Lastly, more Korean celebrities announced that they got a negative result for COVID-19. The list includes CNBLUE members, MAJOR9, AKMU, Treasure, IZ*ONE, WOODZ, MONSTA X’s Minhyuk, and more.
