Looking for a budget phone that can yet flex its specs? Try Google Pixel 4a! It is now ready for preorder.
Made from polycarbonate, with a handy 5.81 screen size, its price is much cheaper than you’d expect. You can get what you paid for Google’s Pixel 4a.
On Monday, Google unveiled the Pixel 4a that is seated alongside with Pixel 4A 5G and Pixel 5. You can now preorder the Pixel 4a with a price tag of $349. The other two will soon be released at a later date.
The Pixel 4a comes in one color (black) and one size only. One of the best features of this phone? Its camera.
Pixel 4a’s Camera
Unlike Pixel 4, this version has no second telephoto lens but is great for effortless photo-taking. For the price of $350, this can be considered a phone with the best camera. It is unfair to compare the quality and performance of cameras to Apple, Oneplus, and Samsung given the price itself. But what seems to make this phone outstanding is that it recently received a software update from Google that makes its battery life last longer
It feels cinematic, given that it has no second telephoto camera, and it manages to become more intuitive to use. It also manages to take a photo without putting in a great effort. The Pixel 4a has a 7x zoom capacity and Google calls it the Super Res Zoom.
Here are some specs of Google Pixel 4a:
Design: 5.81-inch screen and hole-punch-front facing camera
Refresh Rate: 60 Hz display
Headphone: 3.5 mm jack
Charging: No wireless charging
Water Resistant: No
Battery Life: 3,400-mAh
Processor: Snapdragon 730g chipset
Storage Options: Only 128 GB
Though Google seems to be rallying late on in its release due to manufacturing and supply delays due to coronavirus, we may expect some stiff market squawk in the tech world with other rivals launching their phones later this fall.
Pixel 4a is basic yet lit
No frills, basic, not fancy, and handy, these adjectives were used by some tech reviewers as this phone comes with a cheaper price. It could also be the basic android phone of the time, and we don’t see anything wrong with the basic right?
With its 12.2 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization on the back and 8-megapixel front camera, it simply tells us, simplicity is beauty.
In low light, compared to the Pixel 4, there seems to be nothing that has been an advantage, but the Pixel Zoom is working well at 4a.
So it is safe to say that this phone could go to people who love simplicity, minimalist lifestyle, no drama, no thrill, just plain and simple.
