PlayStation 4, Sony’s top-notch console in the market now, has a new update version 8.00. However, players have some serious issues with the update causing trouble.
PlayStation 4 is one of the best gaming consoles ever made in the gaming industry. It simply revolutionized the way people play games and the way people get entertainment. This console has sold almost 106 million units worldwide, which is a massive feat to achieve.
Sony is now very busy with marketing its next-generation PS5 console. It has Xbox Series X and S as its competitors because of its close release dates.

Many people thought Sony might gradually stop software updates to PS4 due to the arrival of PS5. But, on the contrary, Sony has given a new software update, version 8.00.

The changes include linking party and messages together in the console and adding a handy ‘mute every microphone’ option. Now, players cannot form communities or private events. Communities active at present will not be taken down.
