Prince Charles secretly separated from Camilla Parker Bowles: Rumor

Share

Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles are, allegedly, living apart.

According to Globe, Prince Charles and Camilla have just been showing a united front for the sake of The Crown. But behind closed doors, they barely talk to each other.

“Charles is still based in Highgrove full-time, but Camilla spends most weekends and sometimes longer spells at her private residence in Wiltshire. They’re still diligent about being together for royal functions, and it’s unlikely they’ll divorce. At least, that’s what they’re reassuring relatives and friends as the throne hangs in the balance,” the source said.

Prince Charles, Camilla feuding nonstop behind closed doors

However, the insider said that it’s known among their circle that the heir to the throne and Camilla have been getting on each other’s nerves.

After all, the Duchess of Cornwall has always been hungry for power, conspiracy, and gin. And she’s, allegedly, been bugging Prince Charles in a big way,” the source said.

Queen Elizabeth will bypass Prince Charles from the throne

According to the source, the royal couple could face more tension when Queen Elizabeth finally decides to bypass Prince Charles from the throne.

After all, Her Majesty thinks that Prince William should succeed her because he and his wife, Kate Middleton are more popular than Charles and Camilla.

Camilla doesn’t want to upset Queen Elizabeth

As such, Camilla doesn’t, allegedly, want to rock the boat too much because she still hopes to become queen consort one day.

“As disillusioned as they may be in private, they’re both determined to see this through and wait their turn to be in charge, no matter how miserable things get between them. The truth is, they’re stronger together and Charles would stand less chance of being king if he were single. Plus, Camilla is as power-hungry as she’s ever been and can guide him through the swamp of palace politics,” the source said.

Rumors debunked

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

The dad of two and Camilla aren’t divorcing. And the heir to the throne staying in Highgrove doesn’t mean that he and his wife are leading separate lives.

There is also no truth to the tabloid’s claims that Prince Charles could be bypassed from the throne. He will succeed the queen when the time comes.
