Prince Charles has been bombarded with heartbreaking news as Prince Harry does not have plans to spend Christmas in the U.K.
A source recently claimed that instead of Prince Charles, Prince Harry wants to spend the holiday season with his surrogate father, David Foster.
According to The Mirror, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle plan to host their own Christmas celebration in Los Angeles. The Sussexes also, allegedly, invited Foster and his wife, Katharine McPhee.
“Meghan very much wants to host the first Christmas at their new home with her mum,” the insider claimed. “She’s really excited and is planning on doing all the traditions she grew up with as a child, including the cooking.”
In addition, Foster and McPhee, reportedly, offered to host the event at their home. However, the Duchess of Sussex suggested that she and Harry host at their new home.
This will mark the second year the family-of-three will celebrate Christmas away from Queen Elizabeth iI and the whole royal family. Last year, they, reportedly, spent their time with Doria Ragland in Canada.

Foster and McPhee helped Prince Harry and Meghan when they jetted to Los Angeles. Since then, they continue to have a close relationship.
In fact, during McPhee’s interview with Access Hollywood, she said that the royal prince has a relationship with Foster, almost like a father and son.
“My husband has a really, really beautiful relationship with Harry. They’re so cute, they’re like father and son,” the 36-year-old actress revealed.
When Prince Charles heard it, a royal expert claimed that he felt jealous and hurt to know that his son is closer to someone else.
“Charles loves his son very much,” royal expert Brittani Barger divulged. “I think it would sting a little for any parent to hear someone say that their child has a parent/child relationship with someone other than their parents.”
Prince Harry and Meghan enjoying their new home?
Before this revelation, Vanity Fair’s Katie Nicholl already divulged that the couple loves their new lives and home in California. Thus, they have no plans to visit the U.K. for Christmas.
In addition, a source told her that the Sussexes want to avoid tensions, especially with Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge.
“Let’s just say that while things are better between Harry and his brother, it’s not what it was, and I don’t think anyone is ready for a cozy family Christmas right now,” the source went on.
