Prince William and Prince Harry are said to be at war over Princess Diana’s statue.
Reports about Prince William and Harry’s alleged feud have been making rounds online for quite some time already. This, according to speculations, is one of the primary reports why the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to step down as senior royals and ditch the royal life for good.
Though previous claims suggested that the sons of Prince Charles have started talking again after several months, a new report claimed that William and Harry’s spat is still far from over.
William, Harry cannot agree with each other
Woman’s Day New Zealand, in its upcoming May 25, 2020 issue, claimed that the husbands of Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are not eye-to-eye about how Princess Diana’s new memorial could look at the Kensington Palace.
An unnamed source said:
“They’ve been butting heads on everything ever since Harry took issue with Prince William asking him to wait before proposing to Meghan to make sure he knew what he was doing. Harry took that very personally, and has fought against his brother ever since, including butting heads over their mum’s statue.”
The entertainment news publication even stated that Prince William was “exasperated” by how Prince Harry and Meghan handled their bombshell royal exit.
The royal family, including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles, was, reportedly, disappointed when the Sussex couple appeared in an ITV interview and shared their struggles as public figures.
In March, royal filmmaker Nick Bullen, per Cosmopolitan, confirmed that Prince William and Prince Harry had a fall-out. He, also, claimed that Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle were not fighting at all.
Both William and Harry have yet to comment on these claims. However, with Woman’s Day’s reputation for creating stories based on the accounts of its unreliable sources, this could be another unverified report waiting to be quashed.
William opens up about parenthood
Meanwhile, the father of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Princes Louis gave rare insights into parenthood and revealed how he and Kate Middleton support each other during challenging times.
“Me and Catherine particularly, we support each other and we go through those moments together and we kind of evolve and learn together,” Prince William said former professional footballer Marvin Sordell in a new documentary that probes men’s mental health through football, per The Daily Mail.
“But I do agree with you, I think emotionally things come out of the blue that you don’t ever expect or maybe you think you’ve dealt with and so I can completely relate to what you’re saying about children coming along, it’s one of the most amazing moments of life but it’s also one of the scariest,” he went on.
