It has been a long wait but Sony has officially revealed the next lineup of PS Plus Free Games. These games will be free starting on Nov. 3 so players should get their subscriptions ready as these games will only be available for a limited time.
‘Hollow Knight’
Hollow Knight is one of the best metroidvanias in recent memory. It’s developed by indie developer Team Cherry. It is also one of the most popular indie titles out there.
In this game, players control the knight as he goes around exploring Hollow Nest. The game features a large explorable map filled with a ton of secrets, bosses, and upgrades to find. Players should not miss the opportunity to play this game for free once it arrives.
‘Middle-Earth: Shadow of War’
This is a AAA PS Plus Free Games entry. MIddle-Earth: Shadow of War is the follow-up to the highly successful Shadow of Mordor. It’s a prequel that tells the story before the events of Lord of the Rings. While the game had its issues at launch, it still provides a solid single-player experience.
It’s an action-packed RPG filled with many side quests. The game also brings with it the famous Nemesis System of the first game which puts a consequence on kills made by the players.
‘Bugsnax’
As a bonus, Sony is making the upcoming Bugsnax as a free game to PlayStation 5 owners with a subscription. PlayStation 4 owners will have to pay for the game. Bugsnax launches on Nov. 12 but the free game offer for it will last up until January.
This is an action-adventure game developed by Young Horses. In this game, players will have to hunt and capture over 100 species of creatures called Bugsnax. It looks like a fun adventure game for all ages too. It’s certainly a treat for PlayStation 5 owners.
These three games are going to keep players company for a long time. Those that don’t have a subscription should get it so they have the chance to avail the PS Plus Free Games for November. Moreover, doing so makes them eligible for the PS Plus Collection launching with the PS5.
