Well, it should come to you as no exception upon knowing that Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart just topped the UK boxed sales chart.

Released as an exclusive for PS5 last week, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart emerged as the No.1 game in the UK for the week ending June 13.

‘Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart’ outsells its rivals!

Speaking of the PS5 title, it has already become this year’s best-reviewed game. On Metacritic, currently, it has a solid score of 89, as of this writing, based on 109 critic reviews.

While topping the UK boxed sales chart, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart became the 2nd fastest-selling PS5 retail release. That’s a remarkable achievement for the sequel to Insomniac Games’ previous entry.

Moreover, it also succeeded in defeating Returnal‘s launch week sales. It also became the second the 2nd biggest PS5 retail title after Insomniac’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Apart from Sony’s blockbuster, other new entrants also emerged in the best-sellers’ chart. Some of them include Chivalry 2, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, and Guilty Gear Strive.

Biomutant, which saw a record week upon its arrival, took a tumble and moved out of the elite list.

Here are all the top-ten selling UK boxed titles (in order) for the week ending June 13, 2021:

  1. Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart
  2. FIFA 21
