New game features revealed
The new Ratchet & Clank game will have a 60 FPS mode as confirmed by Insomniac Games. In an interview with GamesRadar, game director, Mike Daly shared his thoughts about the game. He said:
“My favorite part about the weapon is that now that we have all this extra power and fidelity of 4K graphics on the PS5, you can make it actually feel like topiary sculptures, because topiaries have these tiny, little, detailed leaves that aren’t just a flat mesh.”
Another exciting feature to try on is the DualSense controller. In this feature, players will be able to use the adaptive trigger which will allow them to create resistance points when firing weapons. Furthermore, Ratchet & Clank will have a plethora of new weapons, including Burst Pistol, Topiary Sprinkler, Shatterbomb, and the Enforcer.
