If you are one of those who are waiting to know the details about Resident Evil Village system requirements, then Capcom just revealed them!

The official PC system requirements for Resident Evil Village are out now. Capcom shared them via the Steam store.

The next installment in the iconic horror franchise is coming soon!

‘Resident Evil Village’: Everything you need to know

Firstly, let’s talk about the minimum specs you will need to run the upcoming Resident Evil Village.

Well, you must have a 64-bit operating system with Windows 10. Lower-end gamers will need at least an Intel Core i5-7500 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200.

If you are also a ray tracing lover, then, in that case, you should have a Geforce RTX 2060 or a Radeon RX 6700 XT.

Now coming onto the recommended system requirements then they are listed below:

+ OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)

+ Processor: Intel Core i7 8700 AMD Ryzen 5 3600

+ Memory: 16 GB RAM

+ Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD Radeon RX 5700

+ DirectX: Version 12

The Capcom game will be using DirectX 12.

While sharing the information about the requirements, the publisher mentioned that “Framerate might drop in graphics-intensive scenes.”

It means that upon its launch, Resident Evil Village might perform unexpectedly. There will also be new changes made as well in the recently revealed system specs to play it.

So the players must keep this in mind.

New video games in 2021

Meanwhile, there are a ton of multiple potential blockbusters coming this year.

Speaking about upcoming heavyweights, the most-awaited of them is Halo Infinite, Horizon Forbidden West, and Far Cry 6.

A new Call of Duty entry, Deathloop, Outriders, Returnal, and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, is also highly anticipated.

But that’s not everything in the store as far as 2021 is concerned. There’s more!

The line-up extends further with the likes of God of War: Ragnarok, Balan Wonderworld, It Takes Two, and Monster Hunter Rise.

Dying Light 2, Psychonauts 2, Bravely Default 2, Stray, GhostWire: Tokyo, New World, Mundaun, Oddworld: Soulstorm, and Solar Ash are other crucial launches.

Recently announced games to make their debut soon are The Day Before, Glitchpunk, and Etched Memories. The latter is quite interesting to watch out for since it will feature a Cat as the main protagonist. And her name will be Biscuit!

Coming back to Resident Evil Village, it’s set to arrive on May seventh for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and Xbox One.
