Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 3 preview has now dropped and it hints at another major parody.

Titled “A Rickconvenient Mort,” Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 3 will give fans a different look at the ‘90s superhero show, Captain Planet. Here, he will be in a tough fight with one of the most ecological villains.

The New Episode Preview

The new episode preview shows a lot of things. It gives a glimpse of the gender-bending version of Captain Planet.

It also gives fans a new take on his known antagonist, Verminous Skumm. He is a rat-human hybrid and his original voice actor may surprise everyone this time.

Will Jeff Goldblum react?

In addition, Rick and Morty will be in the middle of some acid rain, Comicbook noted.

They will be running into Verminous Skumm as they try to introduce their viewers to the new version of Captain Planet.

Just like the first two episodes, Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 3 is bravely exploring different territories.

There will be more like this episode that will come to the series by the looks of it, making it the perfect fit to become the biggest series on Adult Swim.

Episode 2 Recap

In Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 2, titled “Mortyplicity,” the Smith family was enjoying a sumptuous dinner when the hilarious duo of Rick and Morty suddenly claimed that they would kill the Christian God.

After just a mere second, Rick saw some changes suddenly happening in Jerry’s behavior, TechRadar 24/7 noted. In no time, a squid-like alien emerged and started to attack and eventually killed the entire family.

After a while, the scene went to another Smith family and Mr. Always learned that the “decoy” family had died.

From here, Rick found out that other decoy families wearing the mysterious squid-like alien attired were killing off all of the other decoys.

Things started to escalate and other Beth decoys emerged, trying to convince Rick that they should never kill the other decoys.

Fortunately, one family managed to escape the war and the decoys came together to stop the fight.

However, someone attacked the base, igniting for the battle to continue. The war only ended when the original family was the only one left in the world.

From here, fans are about to see another adventure when Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 3 drops on Sunday, July 4, at 11 p.m. EST on Adult Swim.
