Fans will once again see Kenshin Himura back in another live-action movie, Rurouni Kenshin: The Final. Warner Bros. recently dropped a new trailer for the film, kicking off an all-new hype for the sequel.
Rurouni Kenshin: The Final will be the fourth installment to the movie series that will take fans to another level of fights and other action-packed scenes. So, fans should now get ready as Kenshin is about to return in no time.
A new trailer
The new trailer drops the new movie’s theme song, “Renegades,” by the Japanese rock band, One OK Rock.
The song perfectly plays out as Enishi takes his revenge against Kenshin. The clip also gives a glimpse of the series of battles fans will witness.
This also hints at the event that will turn Enishi into a formidable monster that will face the much-loved protagonist.
Enishi is Kenshin’s brother-in-law, and he wants to avenge his sister, who Kenshin killed 15 years ago.
Kenshin is all ready to pay for what he did. However, things will go out of hand when Enishi involves his allies in their problem.
This will ignite an intense battle between the two in Rurouni Kenshin: The Final movie.
However, despite the title, Epic Dope noted fans should never be disheartened as this would not be the final installment to the movie series.
A new sequel film is coming with the title Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning, which will be out on June 4.

Other movie details
Rurouni Kenshin: The Final will be adapting the manga’s Jinuch arc. This arc never had the chance to hit the small screen after the anime’s cancellation in 1998.
However, Warner Bros. will now turn this storyline to life to feed the curious anime-only fans. The first three movies featured the anime series’ earlier arcs.
After the third film, Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends put Kenshin’s battle against Shishio to a close, new threats would be coming his way, Comicbook noted.
Anyhow, the franchise doesn’t only get anime series and live-action adaptations. It also has a live-action stage presentation.
The Rurouni Kenshin stage play features the Kyoto arc. Amid the continuous threat of the COVID-19 pandemic to the entertainment world, seeing Kenshin on the stage is definitely an excellent sight to see.
Anyhow, fans are about to see Kenshin once again gracing the big screen with Rurouni Kenshin: The Final. The movie will hit the theaters starting on Friday, April 23.
