Ryan Seacrest has, allegedly, been packing on the pounds because he’s having a blast hanging out with Aubrey Paige.
According to National Enquirer, Ryan Seacrest has seemingly stopped working out after years of being so conscious about his appearance.
“He’s spent so many years with never an inch to pinch, but middle age has caught up to him. Now, he’s looking way more like an average Joe with love handles and a flabby chest. He doesn’t know how it happened, but it did,” the source said.
Ryan Seacrest’s eating habits changed during the pandemic
The source claimed that the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown Seacrest out of his usual routine, as well as his eating habits. To make things worse, so much downtime has turned the American Idol host into a beer guy, and it, allegedly, shows because his tummy has expanded.
“This is a guy who was so obsessed with fitness he worked out religiously. But he’s been slacking off and packing it on, enjoying too much of the good life with Aubrey. It can’t be attracted to her. Even if he loses weight, he’s still going to have a hard time losing the stubborn moobs and, short of surgery, it’ll take more than push-ups to firm that chest up,” the source said.
Ryan Seacrest looks bigger in photos
To make their claims more convincing, the tabloid published a photo of Seacrest eating an entire plate full of meat. Another snap shows the host with an enlarged stomach.
However, these aren’t enough proof that Seacrest has stopped taking care of himself. It’s possible that he gained a few pounds during the pandemic just like most people, but this shouldn’t be a cause for alarm for anyone.
Rumors debunked
Additionally, Seacrest hanging out with Paige has nothing to do with his weight gain. So, it’s unclear why the tabloid even mentioned it.
By the looks of it, the tabloid is just using the Live With Kelly and Ryan host for clickbait purposes, which isn’t necessarily new.
In May, OK! magazine also claimed that Seacrest is still hung up on his ex, Julianne Hough. But this isn’t true either.
