Thanks to the newest software update, the Galaxy A51 and A71 users can now enjoy sought-after, flagship-worthy features such as Single Take and Night Hyperlapse.
Samsung’s best-selling mid-range smartphones, Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 have now received crucial camera features, courtesy of the new software update. The said features, which only the Galaxy series’ flagship iterations can offer, should readily put these phones to further its performance relative to their camera offerings.
Single Take, more Pro Mode functionalities
At the helm of these is Single Take. Essentially, the feature allows users to record several camera modes simultaneously by merely tapping the record button. Users can also capture up to ten seconds of footage with a range of capture functionalities with the mode. Some of these include Live Focus, Smart Crop, video, and AI filter.
Alternatively, users of the Galaxy A51 and A71 can also revisit their captured clips in the Gallery app and choose whichever capture style is appropriate.
Users of these Galaxy mid-range phones can also enjoy some Pro Mode functions from the Galaxy S20. Features such as the Manual Focus and Shutter Speed control should give them more power when capturing photos or videos.
Night Hyperlapse and My Filters
The Night Hyperlapse feature is also in the mix. The new mode should bring the ability to shoot crisp and clear, low-light Hyperlapse videos. Without this, the video usually turns out to be noisy and grainy.
More personalization can also be enjoyed with the inclusion of My Filters. This allows users to create their image filters using the existing images in the camera roll.
Quick Share and Music Share
The ability to share more media is also included in the latest update. With Quick Share and Music Share, users should be able to stay connected and share pictures, videos, and music with ease.
The latest update also brings more Keyboard and Gallery functionalities. Users are now presented with a broader range of predicted Apps, Settings, Quick Panel, and Contacts search results right before they even finish typing their inquiries.
Samsung’s newest seeding in the Galaxy A51 and A71 is part of its ongoing efforts to provide premium smartphone experience in the mid-range segment. The said update is likely to reach other Galaxy A devices in the following months.
