The Galaxy Note 20 renders leaked online show the phone having a noticeably large camera bump. It may face the same issues that Galaxy S20 users are experiencing.
Samsung is learning on the fly regarding the principle of less is more. Galaxy S20 users experienced a plethora of problems right out the gates, and Samsung is on crisis control. The Galaxy S20 sales numbers are still not out considering its recent release, but pundits are expecting it to be subpar.
The release of the Galaxy S20 was just last March, and Samsung fans expect the Note 20 to be released this August. Considering the six months interval between the two launches, Samsung may not have enough time to correct its mistakes.
Huge camera bump renders leaked
A leaked phone render online shows that the Galaxy Note 20 will have an identically huge camera bump on the backside of the phone. The bump be will 10.7mm at its thickest point. If experience would count, the Galaxy Note 20 phones may have the same fate as the Galaxy S20.

Just last month, several Galaxy S20 users complained that the glass housing of the phone’s camera spontaneously cracks. Some speculate that the big camera bump on the backside of the phone experiences hairline cracks when placed in pockets or in bags.
One complaint posted online claimed that he and his wife experienced the same cracking issues in completely different situations. If these renders are based on the actual phone that Samsung might release, users may have to invest more. They may have to buy an extra hard phone accessory to conceal and protect the camera bump of the phone.
Galaxy Note 20 will be extremely powerful
Samsung will reportedly release only two models of the Galaxy Note 20, the basic Note 20, and the Note 20+ model. Both of these models will have top of the line specs starting with Qualcomm’s 5G-enabled Snapdragon 865 chipset in the United States, and the Exynos 990 in Europe and in India.
The battery capacity will be a real all-day battery coming in at 4,700 mAh. The cameras at the back will just have three camera lenses, and will not have the 100x Space Zoom lens. The Galaxy Note 20 may come with a 6.8-inch screen, while the Galaxy Note 20+ may ship with a slightly bigger display of a 6.9-inch screen.
The Galaxy Note 20 line up will feature a standard USB-C port for charging and headphone connector. It will not have the 3.5mm headphone jack for users that still prefer the wired earphones over wireless ones.
