Share

The Galaxy Watch 3 is expected to be available in two sizes: 41mm and 45mm. Both versions are tipped to feature Samsung’s Exynos 9110 chipset.

Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 3 user manual has, reportedly, been leaked.

The updated design of the smartwatch has been confirmed via hands-on video. It also confirms the internals of the device as well as several new hardware and software additions.

Galaxy Watch 3 last-minute video leaks

Before its official launch, Galaxy Watch 3 new updates were confirmed in a last-minute video. As reported by 9to5google, the short clips look like Samsung’s live in the help sections of the ATM website when the Galaxy Watch 3 eventually does come to the U.S. carrier.

Everything looks pretty seamless, and there are even some tips and tricks for removing the watch bands plus making a call. The video is so short, and we cannot confirm everything. There is still more information on the smartwatch ahead of launch.

Variants and Updates

Based on the user manual, the smartwatch is expected to come in two sizes, 41mm and 45mm. It also shows that both these sizes come in Bluetooth 5.0 and LTE variants.

The Korean company is expected to announce the Galaxy Watch 3 at its Unpacked event scheduled for August 5. The announcement comes alongside other Samsung devices, including the Galaxy Note 20 series, the 5G Galaxy Z Flip, Tab S7, and Galaxy Buds Live.

Like with the Galaxy Watch 3, all these devices have had extensive hardware leaks within the past few days. Samsung may still have some surprises up its sleeve, but it’s hard to imagine what those may be.

The short video above also confirms that the upcoming Galaxy Watch 3 will come with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage. The stainless steel frame of the device, as well as the leather strap, can also be seen.

Samsung’s new Mystic Bronze will be making an appearance for the 41mm model paired with a Mystic Silver edition, while the 45mm version will have just Mystic Black and Mystic Silver models. Buyers will also have the option to choose whether they want LTE or not.

It also states that the two buttons on the right side of the dial will be used as a back button and a home button of the accessory. The smartwatch will be launched with 360×360 pixels display, IP68 rating, 247mAh (41mm), and 340mAh (45mm) battery capacity. It will also boast 1GB RAM, 8GB onboard storage, Exynos 9110 SoC, and Tizen OS 5.5.
