Samsung Galaxy M51 has officially landed upon the e-commerce portal Amazon India. Tagged as the “Meanest Monster Ever,” the message on the online shop says that the device is coming soon.
Samsung is releasing its latest model in the Galaxy M series, the Samsung Galaxy M51, sooner than expected.
The Galaxy M51 is turning out to be a killer mid-range smartphone. While the phone hasn’t been launched yet, its design and features have been almost leaked in full.
Galaxy M51 teaser
Four months ago, SamMobile exclusively confirmed the existence and internal storage specs of Samsung’s Galaxy M51. Later on, the site revealed the phone’s camera specs, as well as its internal hardware as well as battery capacity.
Now, Samsung has officially listed the Galaxy M51’s teaser on Amazon India’s website. The tagline included in the post is “meanest monster ever.”
The live page also announced a quiz competition that will give the winners a chance to win a Galaxy M51. People can take part in the quiz by visiting the Facebook page of Samsung India.
Specs and Features
The teaser image shows the front part of the smartphone with a Super AMOLED Infinity-O display. On the other hand, the upcoming mid-range mobile device specs have been confirmed via the Google Play Console.
The listing reveals that the Galaxy M51 has a Full HD+ (2400×1080 pixels) display resolution, a Snapdragon 730 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, and that it runs Android 10. The phone will offer users 8 GB of RAM with 128 GB of internal storage.
The 6.67-inch Galaxy M51 will have a side-facing fingerprint reader. It will also come in black and white color variants. The dimensions of the smartphone are most likely to be 163 x 78 x 8.5 mm, and it will weigh 213 grams.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the Galaxy M51 would be launched in India in the second week of September. The price would be between INR 20,000 (around $269) and INR 25,000 (around $336). Not bad for a mid-range smartphone that is said to be Samsung’s “Meanest Monster Ever” device.
The Samsung Galaxy M51 features a front-facing camera of 32 MP with a quad-camera system. Along with an f/1.8 aperture 64 MP primary camera, the phone will feature an f/2.2 aperture 12 MP ultrawide camera, an f/2.4 aperture 5 MP, and an f/2.4 aperture 5 MP macro sensor.
In a tweet, the company confirmed that the Galaxy M51 would feature a quad rear camera setup and a punch-hole display.
