The singer has always been vocal about her support for the duo. She recently stated,
“I have urged all my fans to know what is best for them. We think we understand that America is our nation, and it is a home we live in. We don’t want to express the dirt in our home because we have to dust it down. Since we have come with a proper idea of how it will be done, let us know for a fact that we need to choose for legislation that can help us and help us to do the best.”
Selena also positioned Biden and Harris’ win into her phrases on social media. She wrote in her Instagram post, “Seeing Kamala Harris make history turned into lengthy past due.
However, what a stunning moment. So thankful for her and for Stacey Abrams and Michelle Obama. They inspire me with their perseverance, selflessness and style.”
The singer has faced a lot of issues
In a recent media report, the singer has said, “I am not really ashamed to say that I have been suffering from mental pain. We think we can all relate here. The lockdown has bought us to sit in our home and there were no places to go.
I was suffering from a lot of mental issues when it happened. I thought with the issues going on, I might not get the opportunity to vote. But we think that it is our responsibility to take out and vote for our choices. It is our right.”
The singer also added that the job is to vote and understand what seems to be the best. Many other celebrities have shared their opinion on Biden’s win and are rejoicing for a greater America with a bright future ahead.
