SEVENTEEN is now back in the game as it sets another milestone with its upcoming album Semicolon!
On October 16, the upcoming EP of SEVENTEEN, Semicolon, has surpassed 1.1 million stock preorders.
The group’s recent achievement adds to their previous 1 million stock preorders, making it their second time to achieve the mark. Their album Heng:garæ last summer surpassed 1.06 million stock preorders.
Road in becoming a Double Million Seller
The amount of album stock produced before the album’s release is the number of stock preorders. The said number is the estimated demand calculated based on various factors. This includes the number of albums preordered by fans.
Heng:garæ, with its impressive first-week sales, went on to earn the group the title of “million sellers.”
The group will be making the title of “double million sellers” if Semicolon matches or surpasses that record for selling a million copies of two albums in a single year.
