Fans of the beloved Elder Scrolls: Skyrim will get a huge surprise at the end of the year, with a special Anniversary Edition.
Bethesda will celebrate ten years of Skyrim release this November. The Anniversary Edition of the title will arrive for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
‘Skyrim’ Anniversary Edition: What to expect?
To say that the classic and beloved RPG is still popular will be an understatement because die-hard fans have made it evergreen by using endless mods to transform the game insanely in the last decade.
And Bethesda knows that the love for Skyrim is huge among the Elder Scrolls players. So it was quite obvious to expect something like an Anniversary Edition, especially ten years after the initial release of the open-world title.
In addition to this, the free fishing feature is arriving as well!
Also, the Anniversary Edition will bring 2016’s Skyrim Special Edition. Recently announced QuakeCon revealed this big news about the Bethesda title.
Furthermore, there will be over 500 Creation Club elements – Bethesda’s own and officially sanctioned mods.
Those players who already own the Special Edition will be able to upgrade to the Anniversary Edition. However, Bethesda is yet to announce the cost of it.
Along with that, there will be free next-gen updates for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Moreover, Bethesda will also hold a special concert at Alexandra Palace Theatre in the same release month of the Anniversary Edition. The event will witness London Symphony Orchestra and London Voices Choir playing the original score.

Upcoming new games of 2021
While the Skyrim fans are waiting for its anniversary edition, other gaming enthusiasts are waiting for the next big wave of fresh arrivals.
In terms of upcoming AAA heavyweights, players will have tons of options to choose from.
Speaking of the most-awaited titles then there are names like Halo Infinite, New World, Battlefield 2042, and Stray.
Cyber Shadow, Shadow Warrior 3, Call of Duty: Vanguard, Back 4 Blood, Dying Light 2, and Deathloop are also on the list.
The vast and huge line-up expands further with the likes of Little Devil Inside, Tales of Arise, and No More Heroes 3.
Far Cry 6, Riders Republic, and Life is Strange: True Colors are other key releases.
Recently announced Glitchpunk, Tom Clancy’s XDefiant, Etched Memories, and The Day Before will also debut later in 2021.
Coming back to Skyrim, again, then players will get its Anniversary Edition on November 11.
