Since being out a week ago, Spellbreak has been one of the most popular battle royales. The game has even managed to contend with veterans like Apex Legends, Fortnite, and PUBG.
Proletariat’s crazy and intense battle royale is all the rage now. The developers have revealed that the game broke records for the number of players in the last week. While great, Spellbreak still has a lot of room to improve on. Here’s how the developers can improve this high-octane battle royale.
More classes
There are currently six classes in the game, and obviously, players want access to more. In terms of what element should be added, Proletariat still has more to pick. Some players are suggesting that there should be a class that allows players to bend time in an area that would be a great addition.
Some fans suggest a water class. The Frostborn class is all about controlling ice. For a water-based class, fans would like the ability to throw in torrential waves on the path of enemies.
A battle pass
Surprisingly, the game didn’t launch with a battle pass. For now, players can progress through a battle pass-like system for each of the classes in the game. Of course, players would prefer a battle pass that includes access to amazing costumes for the battlemages.

A battle pass is certainly on the way for Spellbreak as that has been the trend for every battle royale so far. When it will arrive and what theme it will have remains to be the only question left to answer.
More maps
The map in the game is okay so far, but players have commented that it does feel dull in some areas. To be more specific, the lack of interaction and obstacles on the map can be boring at times.
Fans would want a map wherein elements are going to be more potent in some areas. This would spice up the gameplay of the battle royale as it forces players to strategize and think about their next move. Since the game is still in its early stages, we’re still uncertain if the developers will indeed add a new map.
Spellbreak is now available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. The game has cross-play and cross-progression so players can play at any platform any time they want. It will only be a matter of time before the developers drop some major content.
