Stephen Curry claps back at online trolls after criticizing her wife, Ayesha Curry, over an Instagram post.
The cookbook author has been a subject of online hate after posting her new transformation.
In her recent I.G. post, the mother-of-three showed off her new do, sporting long blonde locks that complimented her face’s features.
“Mom goes blonde (temporarily),” she wrote, alongside a boomerang clip with the Golden State Warriors point guard while in the front seat of their car.

The 31-year-old tv personality’s followers also gushed to the comment section and lauded for rocking the blonde hair.
The NBA superstar’s sister Sydel Alicia Curry-Lee replied, “Kinda living for this!” while “The Funny Dance Show” host and stand-up comedian Loni Love said, “I love the blonde!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” followed by fire emojis.
However, Ayesha Curry received backlash as her fans called her a “white woman.”
“I couldn’t figure out why Steph was chillin with some white woman without his wife being present,” one user posted, while another fan was concerned about the basketball icon’s mystery woman.
“I was wondering who this white woman was with Steph curry ahahhaha…..smh Im mad at myself. Was ready to fight for Ayesha.”
Someone also pointed out that the “Family Food Fight” host might have undergone plastic surgery.
“Also… the nose too. Contour or nose job? That’s why you look so different to us. The hair & the nose.”
Stephen Curry to the rescue
Following the harsh comments left on her I.G. post, the 32-year-old MVP stood up as he defended his wife to all “meanies.”
In a lengthy response, the father-of-three penned a hilarious yet super sweet message to “The Seasoned Life” author.
“You beautiful baby. And don’t you let anybody tell you differently, ok? I mean it. There’s just a bunch of meanies out there, and I don’t like it. I don’t like it one bit. Do you boo boo. P.S. If the wig falls off I won’t tell anybody, I promise. Pinky promise. It be hilarious, though, but won’t anybody know. Wait- that’s been you in this bed the whole time??? I ain’t even know. Now I’m tripping,” he wrote.
Weight loss transformation
After giving birth to their son, Canon, in 2018, the Canadian-American actress keeps her 7.4 million followers updated with her post-baby body journey.
She previously told Harper’s Bazaar that she lost almost 35 pounds and is close to reaching her “goal” weight.
