Super Junior will be holding a live broadcast to greet fans before the pre-release track The Melody launches.
The K-pop all-boy group Super Junior is previously reported to be gearing for its 15th-anniversary celebration with The Melody‘s release.
The release is included on its upcoming album and comes with a music video on November 6 at 6 P.M. KST.
The single has a medium-tempo beat with a pleasant whistling sound. It somehow gives off a nostalgic video reminiscing the golden days of Super Junior.
Super Junior’s big event
The popular K-Pop boy group posted the big event on its official SNS accounts on November 5.
It announced that on November 6 at 5 P.M. KST, it will host a live stream via V Live. It will just be an hour before the revelation of its pre-release track.
The venue for the special live broadcast is the same venue for the group’s online fan meeting.
The fan meeting is titled Beyond LIVE – SUPER JUNIOR 15th Anniversary Special Event – Invitation and will occur on November 7 at 5 P.M. KST via V Live.
During the live stream, the Super Junior members will be talking about each other’s lives after a long time.
The catching-up includes the sharing of stories behind the pre-released song The Melody. Also, it will give spoilers for the group’s upcoming fan meeting.
The pre-release track The Melody
Super Junior members Leeteuk and Yesung penned the lyrics of The Melody. The song will serve as the group’s gratitude message to each other for the past 15 years.
It will also serve as Super Junior’s way of thanking their fans who have been by their side for more than ten years.
The upcoming release is Super Junior’s 10th full album. This will be the boys’ first group album after 11 months since the repackaged ninth full album, TIMELESS.
Only nine members will be joining the reunion, namely Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun.
Sungmin, on the other hand, remains inactive ever since he got married. He couldn’t participate in any group activities, although he continues to release songs as a solo artist.
This is because their fandom in South Korea warned to boycott the band’s activities whenever Super Junior returns with a new album.
This happened due to Sungmin’s mishandling of his marriage, which is unacceptable to fans’ standards.
