A Drive for Engagement
Unlike other eSports events that make millionaires in dollars out of winners, the prizes mentioned may be trivial. But joiners are nonetheless incentivized by the small rewards to bring out their best and be recognized as among the best in the tournament.
More than just a gathering for everyone to an exciting event. It seems that there is a marketing ploy to the overall campaign—that is, to drive engagements among the existing fan base.
You may be a diehard fan of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate or not. But if you have what it takes to become one of the greatest SSBU players, then you are invited to join. You can invite over family and friends for a more joyful campaign.
Participants from all over North America must be at the right age requirement to qualify in the event.
For participants coming from the United States and Canada, the player must be at least 13 years of age. However, for those coming from Mexico, the participant must be at least 18 years old.
Registration is set to close on May 30, which is the same day as the official kickstart of the event.
