Ternoa’s Data Transmission Solution
Ternoa is an NFT-based decentralized data transmission blockchain-powered by Polkadot. The company offers storage solutions for encrypted and segmented data through the use of tokenized time capsules.
Users of the platform can purchase time capsules to securely store data important to them and transmit them to their intended recipients in the future. These could be in the form of videos, photos, digitized versions of important documents, or other digital content.
The platform offers five transmission protocols for a user’s time capsule. The Safe Protocol allows users to retrieve data at any time. Meanwhile, the Consent Protocol allows the intended recipients of the time capsule to access it as long as the original owner does not use his veto option.
The Death Protocol will deliver the time capsule to the beneficiaries upon the death of the creator, which is based on local death registries APIs. There is a D-day Protocol that delivers the time capsule on a specific date and a Countdown Protocol that allows the creator to activate a countdown. The countdown can be reset to zero but if no update is made during the countdown, the time capsule will be sent to its recipient.
Ternoa offers a secure way of storing sensitive and important data as several copies exist in other dex storage blockchains. The files stored in time capsules are copied and sent to Aerweave, Sia and Storj while the original version is stored in Ternoa’s network. To learn more about the project, click here.
