The Detective is Already Dead will soon hit the small screens, but it drops its third and last official trailer before it finally comes.
The franchise once again teases fans on what will happen in The Detective is Already Dead with a new preview. Unlike other high-school detective anime, this one promises to be different.
New and Final Trailer
The clip gives everyone a complete look at the memories of Siesta as seen from Kimihiko’s perspective.
The latter meets a new set of people after Siesta dies and some are her friends and acquaintances.
From here, a big reveal is about to happen. Siesta and Kimihiko will face each other from afar and the initial points his gun at her.
A gunshot then rings and the screen goes blank.
So, what will happen from here? Does Kimihiko kill Siesta? It looks like the upcoming The Detective is Already Dead has a lot of questions to answer.
Elsewhere, the preview also drops the anime’s official opening theme song. Titled “Koko de Iketeru (We’re Alive Here),” it is performed by Mary and jon-Yakitory, Epic Dope noted.
It also introduced a new character, named Kase Fuyasu, played by Mai Fuchigami.
Fuyasu is Kimitsuka’s assistant police officer with a fiery red ponytail.
