PS5 exclusive Returnal just received a brand new “Hostiles” trailer. And this time, the footage reveals the game’s deadly creatures.
The latest trailer showcases all different types of creatures in Returnal. The two-minute clip gives a sneak peek about what to expect when it comes to facing fatal battles.
‘Returnal’ new trailer details
Developer Housemarque Games shared the fresh footage to give the players an idea about the Hostiles.
The protagonist will be facing a streak of deadly creatures in Returnal. And it seems evident after watching the new trailer.
The game’s story takes place on an unknown planet on which the only survivor will be the human named Selene. Every time she dies on this planet, there will be a considerable shift in the landscape.
Although this planet will also bring her back to life, dangerous situations will still keep arising.
Various creatures rule this unknown planet, and players will need to fight them to stay alive.
Recently, Housemarque Games developer Developer Greg Louden shared his thoughts about what to expect from the title.
He also briefly explained the mechanics of the game while playing solo.
“As shown in our trailer, Selene also discovers her scout corpses across Atropos. These corpses can feature projections of other players’ deaths (via our online systems), or Scout Audio Logs that are left behind by other versions of Selene, that she cannot remember recording.”
