As you can see above, the MCU film’s LEGO toy gives a clear look at Simu Liu in his suit. The good thing is that it pays homage directly to comic books.
But there’s something even more important to notice in this leaked picture, and it’s the water dragon. Although it’s not yet known if it will appear in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings or not.
However, one thing is certain after looking at the toy set, protagonist Simu Liu will fight a lot of creatures like this dragon.
Speaking of other figures in the packaging, Xialing (played by Meng’er Zhang) is also visible. Wenwu (Tony Leung) is also there, who is The Mandarin. Despite this being a LEGO figure, it’s giving an idea of his look in Shang-Chi.
Death Dealer, the villain, also makes an appearance in the picture.
Apart from Simu Liu in a superhero role, the film also stars actress Awkwafina as Katy.
Upcoming MCU titles in the future
Meanwhile, the superhero cinematic universe is moving forward at a slow speed at the moment. But it’s trying to gain a flowing momentum amid a pandemic.
WandaVision has begun the releasing streak already, and it will continue forward in next month as well. Falcon and the Winter Soldier will soon make their way on the Disney Plus platform.
The main problem is only regarding the upcoming MCU movies. Due to rising COVID-19 cases, there have been many delays already for anticipated titles like Black Widow, Shang-Chi, and Eternals.
The next TV series to follow is Tom Hiddleston’s Loki in June.
Then there are many announced projects slated to arrive in the next year. Among the most-awaited names are Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, She-Hulk, and Secret Invasion. Armor Wars, What If…?, Ironheart, and a Wakanda-based series are other crucial titles.
On the movies’ side, there are phase five heavyweights like Captain Marvel 2, Black Panther 2, Blade, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Coming back to Shang-Chi, again, then it’s currently scheduled to be released in July 2021.
