Healing items are basically non-existent in Call of Duty: Warzone, but a glitch may have possibly revealed that such a feature is coming.
Glitches, especially in games like Call of Duty: Warzone, may be irksome most of the time, but sometimes they also reveal interesting tidbits about the game. Just recently, the popular battle royale game experienced a minor glitch in the form of a random bandage animation.
Will Call of Duty: Warzone add healing items soon?
Healing items don’t exist in Verdansk, or at least not yet. For this reason, many players believe that bandage animation is nothing but a glitch. However, there are also those that claim healing items could soon arrive in Warzone. This glitch could be a sign.
Redditor u/regnilsemaj was the one who experienced the glitch and quickly shared the experience on Reddit. The player had been trying to apply armor plate on his character when the command was abruptly canceled in favor of climbing a ladder.
Arriving on a rooftop, the player then experienced a glitch that saw his character applying a bandage seemingly as to heal oneself. No health points were added. However, the healing animation continued as the player called out to his teammates to watch the unusual act.
BANDAGES? Can some please explain?

The necessity of healing items on Call of Duty: Warzone
While many battle royale-type of games like Fortnite use a wide number of healing items. Warzone is an exception. Instead, the game has an auto-health regeneration feature. This allows players to focus more on the battlefield and not on their inventories.
Many critics and reviews praised this auto-health regeneration feature. The said feature contradicts the necessity for healing items like bandages. Now the question is that if ever Warzone decides to add a healing item feature, would it be met positively by the community?
However, some players argue that a bandage feature could help enhance survivability and increase the competitiveness of the game.
Limited-time mode only?
GameRant suggests that the feature could arrive on a new limited-time mode only instead of the main battle royale mode. The gaming publication also reports that Warzone had been veering away from its unconventional but innovative game modes. The game has lately been moving towards a more traditional battle royale experience.
Warzone season four
The possibility of a new healing feature is further enhanced by the fact that Call of Duty: Warzone will finally be ending its third season. The fourth season will start next week, on June 3. Many feel that the new season would be the perfect time to introduce a healing feature in the game.
