SPOILER WARNING: If you haven’t watched the third episode yet, you can leave right now. Continue at your own risk.
WandaVision: What’s going on!
The new episode just arrived on the Disney Plus streaming service, and it has definitely confirmed one thing about the MCU show. The main villain is going to be none other than one of the title characters. Yes, it’s the Scarlet Witch who seems to have turned sinister.
The episode shows Wanda going into labor and delivering her babies. When strange things begin to happen, Vision shows his concern and tries to ask her about it. She appears to be taken aback, and then suddenly, the moment jumps back in time. When she goes into labor again, things begin to happen; Vision doesn’t seem to care about them at all!
What does that mean?
It clearly means that Wanda, a.k.a., Scarlet Witch, must be trying to alter those moments which are trying to hamper her “bubble reality.”
WandaVision is going to be unexpectedly amazing, for sure. And it confirmed that Scarlet Witch would try to act against all those elements that will come in her way of staying inside her “own reality”.
Future MCU titles are suffering due to COVID-19
Meanwhile, the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe seems to be going through a cursed phase once again. Everyone thought at the beginning of this year that COVID-19 cases would slow down. Unfortunately, that’s not happening right now since the cases are rapidly increasing.
WandaVision did give hope to all the die-hard MCU fans, but now it’s not going to be an easy ride because the ongoing phase will be affected due to rising Coronavirus cases.
Upcoming projects and movies, including Black Widow, Shang-Chi, Eternals, Spider-Man 3, and Thor 4, are getting delayed once again. Not just that, the entire phase four and even phase five line-up will be delayed now. TV shows like Secret Invasion, Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Armor Wars will be postponed further. Avid followers of the franchise won’t like it, but it’s an inevitable situation that’s out of anyone’s control. The next few months will be crucial for Marvel Studios to notice the pandemic’s impact and decide afterward.
