Since Elizabeth Olsen teased a possible surprise cameo in the future episodes of WandaVision, theories have begun to emerge.
According to Gamesradar, WandaVision might reveal a massive surprise in the form of an unexpected appearance. Yes, that’s looking like a possibility right now. Because the leading actress of the Disney Plus MCU series recently talked about it. She recently teased a prominent cameo in the TV show.
Now the series of wild theories is going on at the moment regarding the cameo.
“WandaVision”: A surprise cameo is coming!
Actress Elizabeth Olsen, who plays Wanda, a.k.a., Scarlet Witch, has teased a surprising cameo. Since the entire MCU now houses almost all the Marvel characters (Spider-Man being an exception), some early speculations point towards X-Men! Now, this probability may turn out to be true. Because Wanda is herself a mutant character, right? And the events of WandaVision might lead to something shocking.
Speaking about how big this cameo could be, it will give a strong challenge to The Mandalorian 2‘s finale. In the second season of the Star Wars show, Luke Skywalker’s brief appearance blew all die-hard fans’ minds. And thus, something similar or even more significant than that might happen when it comes to all MCU and WandaVision lovers. For a brief period, Magneto also trended on Twitter since Scarlet is the X-Men supervillain’s daughter. Thus, it was evident for fans to trend him on the social media platform.
Other possible cameo contenders are Quicksilver and even Doctor Strange, aka Benedict Cumberbatch himself! The Sorcerer Supreme is anyways going to make a crossover with Wanda in Doctor Strange 2. So this possibility seems quite likely to happen.
Upcoming MCU titles
Meanwhile, the popular cinematic universe is currently overloaded with past announcements and upcoming projects. However, the pandemic has played a negative part in the last year. Due to COVID-19 and its impact, the release cycle faced a big halt for more than a year. Even in 2021, things are not looking very much positive.
WandaVision, this year, is the first MCU entry since 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home. After this show, in March, Falcon and the Winter Soldier will make its way on Disney’s streaming service. However, the road after that looks very challenging for the new movies in phase four. Black Widow, Shang-Chi, and Eternals are delayed once again due to rising cases of Coronavirus. Disney Plus streaming service will see the release of many new shows as well. Several awaited names among them are Hawkeye, Moon Knight, Loki, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Armor Wars, Secret Invasion, and Ironheart.
