Bandai Namco Entertainment’s Tales of Arise and Nintendo’s WarioWare: Get It Together! have topped the UK sales chart for this week.
Along with the newly released Tales of Arise and WarioWare, several other fresh entries are also in the Top 10 list of the UK sales chart.
‘Tales of Arise’ debuts in a great style!
The sales chart in the UK witnessed a surprise entry of fresh launches this week.
Bandai Namco‘s Tales of Arise is an action-adventure game and the seventeenth main installment in its franchise. Although it was initially set to arrive in 2020, there was a delay due to the pandemic.
Ultimately it was released on September 10. And upon its debut, it directly made it into the top two spots in UK sales. WarioWare: Get It Together! is in the number one position.
Talking about Tales of Arise, then its major revenue has been from the sales of PlayStation copies. While it witnessed 58 percent of sold units for PS5, PS4 comprised 28 percent copies.
Furthermore, it recently broke its own series’ record on Steam. It amassed over 60,000 peak players just two days after the main launch. It implies that its count is higher than the past entries in the Tales franchise.
