Since Angelina Jolie and Pitt are still fighting over the custody of their kids, the alleged secret tapes could put the latter’s chances of winning in jeopardy.
According to Life & Style, Jolie is trying to prolong her custody battle against Pitt because she’s upset over the latter’s previous relationship with Nicole Poturalski.
In order to get revenge on the Ad Astra star, Jolie has, allegedly, threatened to release secret tapes of the actor yelling at their kids.
The clips also, allegedly, show Pitt drunk, which could destroy his good father image in court.
“Angie has secret tapes of Brad, and she’s angry enough to go public with them,” the source said.
According to the tabloid, Jolie used her phone to take secret footage of her ex-husband. And no one knows where the secret tapes are except for the actress.
“Brad’s pals are afraid Angie may have captured him drunk or yelling at the kids. He’d better watch his back,” the source said.
Since the tabloid’s dubious claims were first published in September, Pitt and Poturalski were still together then.
It was only weeks later when it was announced that the former couple has decided to go their separate ways.
As such, the tabloid initially claimed that Poturalski will always have Pitt’s back no matter what.
Gossip Cop debunked the claims by pointing out that Pitt quit drinking four years ago. So, if Angelina Jolie has had the tapes for this long, she should’ve already released them shortly after their divorce.
The rumor-debunking site also said that this isn’t the first time that Jolie and Pitt are rumored to be releasing secret tapes of each other.
However, no such tapes have been released until today.
According to Gossip Cop, it’s also evident that the tabloid has been painting Jolie as the villain in her divorce and custody battle with Pitt.
After all, they have published a slew of dubious claims about the actress.
At one point, the tabloid alleged that Angelina Jolie was trying to destroy Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s relationship. However, Pitt and Aniston never got back together.
