A total of eight “Kingdom Hearts” games will leave Xbox Games Pass at the end of the month.
Xbox Games Pass has become one of the selling points of Xbox. With its offerings and services, many gamers enjoy the overall features of the platform.
Each month, new game titles arrive in its library. However, this also means that there are some that leave the service, as well.
On the last day of the month, App Trigger reported that the subscribers will have to say goodbye to a total of six titles.
The six games leaving Xbox Games Pass
Subscribers of Xbox Games Pass and Ultimate across consoles and PC will see six games leaving the service. As noted, five of these titles will exit Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. The three titles will also leave their PC versions, while three will also depart from the Cloud.
Broforce is the only title that its PC version will only be leaving the service. Void Bastards and Surviving Mars’s PC versions are also included in the list, alongside their console and cloud versions.
As for Assetto Corsa, its console and cloud versions will be the ones departing from the library. Meanwhile, the other two titles that will exit Xbox Games Pass, particularly their console versions, are Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.
Kingdom Hearts franchise is the “biggest loss”
Reports noted that the Kingdom Hearts franchise is the “biggest loss” in the upcoming exit on May 31. This comes after taking into account all the games that the two titles entail.
As it happened, the two bundles have a total of eight games and one movie. This means that upon their departure from Xbox Games Pass at the end month, subscribers may no longer play these games on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X via the service. So, if players want to continue playing the game, they may need to purchase the said bundles from the store.
The eight Kingdom Hearts games include Final Mix, Final Mix 2, 358/2 Days, Chain of Memories, Birth By Sleep Final Mix, Dream Drop Distance HD, Re: Coded, and KH 0.2 Birth By Sleep. Meanwhile, Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover is the HD movie that will no longer be available on the Xbox consoles.
Comic Book, later on, said that these games are the entirety of the series before Kingdom Hearts 3. Nevertheless, Xbox Games Pass subscribers may still enjoy the third installment as it will remain in the service.
