While this has yet to be confirmed, the details are leaked, which suggests the next flagship phone will be launched with a major camera update. However, it will not officially disclose any information about the device until Qualcomm announces its next flagship chipset.

The leak comes from a well-known leaking digital chat station.

The telephoto lens on the device will have a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5MP telephoto lens. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 895 chip and a high refresh rate OLED display with adaptive refresh rate support.

It is unsure, though, if Xiaomi will provide buyers with an indispensable camera on the Xiaomi 12. But, the phone may have a massive battery with fast charging capability.

Xiaomi may also be working on a new 108MP phone that will be released with the MIUI 12 stable update.
