Xiaomi Mi 10T: Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship series surfaces

The Xiaomi Mi 10T series is said to be introducing five models, all of which are slated to feature a high refresh rate on their displays.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra may have just caught the mobile industry by surprise with its game-changing camera features and hardware offerings, but it now appears that Xiaomi is gearing up yet another set of flagship phones. And by the looks of its, these devices are anything but ordinary.

Xiaomi Mi 10T series: Five flagship variants

A report from XDA-Developers has revealed that Xiaomi could be launching the Mi 10T series very soon. Some of the handsets’ key details relative to its specifications were also revealed.

Accordingly, the Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro will be launching with five models in tow. Their model numbers were also revealed, and they are as follows: M2007J3SC, M2007J3SI, M2007J3SP, M2007J3SG, and M2007J3SY.

The same source added that the Mi 10T is codenamed “apollo,” while the Pro variant has a codename of “apollo pro.”

Live photos suggest punch-hole displays and triple rear cameras

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro’s live photos have surfaced online, revealing its key design features. In them, the phone is seen to sport a punch-hole display and a triple-camera system on its rear; the latter, which is housed in a rectangular camera module, is located in the top-left section of the panel.

The series’s standard model is also pegged to boast a 64-megapixel as its primary camera, while the Pro edition will have a larger 108MP as its primary lens under the triple-camera system.

And while the device’s screen size isn’t outed yet, it is tipped that the phone will launch with an OLED panel, as it should as it is part of Xiaomi’s flagship series. Additionally, a high 144Hz refresh rate might be in the mix.

Qualcomm’s flagship chipsets in the fold

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is also expected to draw its power from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865+ chipset. If this doesn’t pan out, it could likely be fueled by the non Plus variant of the American chipmaker’s latest flagship offering.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro could also work on a massive 5,000mAh battery capacity, right with fast charging support. The device should also ship with the latest MIUI 12, based on Android 10.

The Mi 10T Pro, alongside its sibling variants, is rumored to launch internationally.
