For the fifth time since receiving her most recent ban hammer penalty, Twitcher Amouranth is calling herself free. It comes following the video game streaming platform’s latest decision to lift the internet celebrity’s sanction.
Popular Twitch streamers have proven themselves generally controversial figures. Kaitlyn Siragusa, otherwise known as “Amouranth,” is no exception. Known for her quirky antics that had her prohibited from the streaming platform. Not just once, nor twice, but five times already, as of last counting.
Most mystifying yet
But while each of her ban has good reason for being, her latest is perhaps most intriguing yet. Nobody knows exactly why the streamer got banned again the first time after two years, true to Twitch’s opaqueness. But it appears to concern not just a single platform alone. Surprisingly, both Tik Tok and Instagram are choosing to kick Amouranth out of their respective platforms, too.
In a recent tweet, the disputable streamer stated, “Banned everywhere”. A two-word statement that comes with a “sad face” emoji as well as, ironically, an “okay”-looking image of herself. In a posing fashion, a.k.a. a model, no less. The tweet might come off as insincere, but that’s likely probably due to a certain impression that the internet celeb is safeguarding.

As for what reason, however, some speculates that the cascade of bans may come from Amouranth promotion of a peculiar personal venture. One that would directly compete with the likes of social media platforms, Tik Tok and Instagram, involving herself in it. Albeit not necessarily as a social media platform. This is an altogether different entrepreneurial plan she’s having regarding a certain “grey” area of the market.
Silver lining
It has been three days since Amouranth was slapped with another ban. But luckily for her, Twitch has overturned its decision, giving her the freedom to use the platform again. This time, more carefully, by abiding to its established policies and guidelines. Then again, that’s a likely possibility considering that there were others who experienced the same thing, only to return at a later date. Not just that, the fact that the streamer maintains her partnership relationship with Twitch suggests that it was not meant to be indefinite.
No struggle
If Amouranth were to lose her streaming privilege, Amouranth won’t be easily put in a financial struggle, however. As someone who claims that her streaming income doesn’t make the majority of her monthly revenue, it somehow speaks of her good financial disposition.
In fact, her biggest source of money would actually come from OnlyFans. The very same platform that reportedly made her a $1 million profit in just a month. Yet, it, too, was also almost taken from her when the company behind the platform chose a radical approach to ban porn in it. Only to be completely reversed due to a strong backlash from OnlyFans users.
