Razer releases the 2020 version of the Razer Blade Stealth as part of its gaming Ultrabook project.
Razer has launched the latest addition to its Blade Stealth 13 portable gaming laptops. This is an upgrade of the 2019 version and is the first to cater to discrete graphic cards.
The gaming ultrabook comes in two styles, one with a 4K touch panel and the other with a Full HD matte panel. The Full HD version is the world’s first laptop with a 13.3-inch display and a 120Hz refresh rate.
This means it updates 120 times each second to provide clearer and more fluid visuals. On the other hand, Razer’s 4K touch display features lower refresh rates but is best fit for gamers and content creators.
Design
Not much has changed with the design comparing to its previous Stealth predecessors. Purchasing one will still get the buyer that stylish black CNC aluminum chassis.
However, because the laptop is made for mobile professionals who want a low-key look inside the office, the unit’s lid is missing the glowing green snake logo that everyone has known and loved. Instead, the logo has been replaced with a glossy stylish finish.
Weighing just over three pounds and measuring 11.9×8.3×0.6 inches, this version of the Stealth is a little heavier compared to competitor laptops such as the Macbook Pro and HP Spectre.

Display
The improved refresh rate of 120Hz provides fast but stunning visuals which makes it easier to read texts and easier to recognize images. In addition, the display features a 1920x1080p resolution.
For gamers and creators, the other variant of the Blade Stealth 13 comes with 4K touch display installed with Gorilla Glass. This variant of the Stealth is ideal for editing videos and photos, playing games and watching movies on the go.
Specs
As expected, the Stealth reigns supreme compared to its rivals in the market. The Stealth is powered with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPU partnered with 4GB of RAM instead of just relying on low integrated graphics.
This new and upgraded GPU allows gamers and streamers alike to enjoy hours of the most recent battle royal games – an experience only possible with the Blade Stealth 13.
With its partnership with Nvidia Optimus Technology, the laptop has been optimized to feature the best performance for its users. Also, the laptop is installed with an Intel Core i7-1065G7H quad-core processor which can reach speeds of up to 3.9GHz.
This is a huge upgrade from its 15Hz version which provides longer and enhanced clock speeds. For users that need optimal performance, the Blade Stealth 13 is also equipped with a USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port which allows fast data transfers and continuously smooth plug and play action.
